Shipping policy

• UK Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for dispatch. During busy periods, including holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
• International Orders: Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. Please note that seasonal demand or holiday periods may result in temporary shipping delays.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order products require additional processing time and are usually dispatched within 3–4 weeks. Dispatch estimates may be extended during peak holiday periods.

Import Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply when the order reaches the destination country. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Blancs is unable to estimate or cover these costs.
• UK customers will not be charged import duties, as all UK orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United Kingdom.
